1. Can you ship to a different address than the billing address?
Yes, with approved address by Google Checkout it is possible.
You can also Purchase an item through eBay and pay with any paypal address.
PayPal payment through the website can only be shipped to the confirmed billing address.
Credit Card payment over the phone can only be shipped to the billing address.

We ship with UPS and insurance is required to protect the item from loss/damage during transit.
